Board of Directors member Joe Baldauf is moving out of the area so he resigned his post on the Board of Directors recently.  Per our Bylaws, vacant Board positions are filled by appointment of a simple majority of the remaining Board members.  By unanimous vote, Jamie Dodson was appointed by the Board to fill the remaining 1 year of Mr. Baldauf's term.  In elections for the remaining two positions, by unanimous vote of the Chapter members, David Frank and George Myers were elected to two year terms on the Board.  Thank you Jamie, David and George for volunteering to serve the Chapter in this capacity.
